The institute, with a total investment of RMB 75 million and located in Shanghai Baoshan Industrial Zone, owns a three-story professional lab building which covers an area of 1500 square meters. It has state-of-the-art manufacturing and testing equipment and experimental conditions, first-class professional and technical personnel and perfected management system and service system.
Shanghai Hilong Petrochemical Research Institute is specially set up with investments from Hilong Group of Companies, approved by the Shanghai municipal administrative department of science and technology.
