Recently, the Shanghai Women's Federation and the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security announced the full list of Shanghai March 8th Red Banner Award (Individual and Collective) recipients for 2022-2024. Led by Ouyang Zhiying (female), Vice Chief Engineer of Hilong Group and Director of the Hilong Tubular Goods Research Institute, the Hilong Technology Innovation and Quality Team is a research and quality-focused group primarily composed of women.Responding to market demands, the team develops cutting-edge petroleum drilling tools for various harsh environments and implements strict quality control measure during the production process of newly developed products to ensure stable application performance. In recent years, the team has overcome multiple technical challenges in the petroleum equipment field and developed a comprehensive quality control system for the Group's core products throughout their entire lifecycle.
