On December 18, 2024, Hilong Oil Service UAE, a subsidiary of Hilong Oil Service, officially entered into a mid-to-long-term agreement for upstream drilling services with the Sharjah National Oil Corporation (SNOC). This agreement represents a significant milestone in Hilong’s strategic expansion within the Middle Eastern oil and gas services sector.
The collaboration between Hilong and SNOC focuses on delivering efficient, integrated, and advanced drilling solutions within the upstream services portfolio. It includes the provision of advanced drilling equipment, highly specialized personnel, as well as comprehensive drilling operations and safety management services. Under the contract, Hilong is committed to executing drilling operations to the highest standards, ensuring a scientifically rigorous, safe, environmentally responsible, and highly efficient service delivery.
The management of Hilong Oil Service UAE stated, “This deepened cooperation with SNOC represents a critical advancement in Hilong’s sustained growth within the Middle Eastern market. Operating under the Sharjah Petroleum Department, SNOC manages a diversified energy portfolio that includes natural gas, condensate, and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). SNOC is responsible for a range of valuable oil and gas assets in Sharjah and serves as the primary supplier of natural gas in the region.
