(May 26, 2017, Shanghai) Recently, Hilong Pipe Engineering Technology Services Co., Ltd. (“Hilong Pipe Engineering”) was awarded a submarine crude oil pipeline anti-corrosion contract from Zhejiang Petrochemical Co., Ltd., valued at no less than RMB 58,000,000.
According to the contract, Hilong Pipe Engineering will provide 3PE anti-corrosion coating, concrete weight coating and sacrificial anode protection installation. The contract is scheduled from July to November 2017.
“Hilong Pipe, on the basis of a professional and international strategy, is committed to becoming a pipe integrated services provider,” said Xue Zhijun, Vice President of Hilong and General Manager of Pipe Technology and Services Business, adding that “to be awarded this contract is yet another breakthrough for Hilong Pipe’s domestic business, reflecting Hilong’s integrated service capabilities in the petroleum pipe anti-corrosion field. This marks the recognition and praise of a main industry operator for Hilong Pipe Engineering’s technology and service capabilities, laying the foundation for our further expansion into the domestic pipe anti-corrosion market.”
Zhejiang Petrochemical Co., Ltd. is a mixed ownership joint venture company, mainly engaged in the refining of petroleum products, the production, sale, storage and transportation of a variety of chemical products and petroleum products, and crude oil import and export trade business.
